Straightforward process

How It Works

A clear process from initial project information through to final issue.

01

Send the project information

Send the scope of works, site details, drawings, photos, programme dates, client requirements and any existing documents.

02

Review and clarify

The information is reviewed and any missing details are requested. This helps make sure the document is practical and site-specific.

03

Document preparation

The RAMS, lift plan, site pack or required documentation is prepared in a clear, professional format.

04

Issue for review

The draft document is issued for review by you, the principal contractor, client or site team.

05

Included safety revisions

Genuine safety or compliance-related comments relating to the original agreed scope are updated as part of the service.

06

Final issue

The final document is issued ready for submission, briefing or site use.

What counts as an included revision?

  • Clarifying existing work methods
  • Adding reasonable safety controls
  • Expanding risk assessment detail
  • Responding to principal contractor safety comments
  • Correcting minor wording, formatting or sequencing issues

Chargeable changes may include

  • Change of scope or method
  • Change of lifting arrangement
  • Change of plant or equipment
  • New drawings or revised design
  • Additional work areas or documents
  • Urgent rework caused by missing or incorrect initial information
